Just a short note to say I had my first chemo today. The regimen for multiple myeloma has one of the most complex schedules of pill-taking and injection-getting of any cancer. It was a very interesting experience this first go-round, and I am eager to tell you about it. I shall endeavor to do so tomorrow because I’m definitely feeling the primary effect that Amber, the nurse who took care of me today, told me I would likely feel—fatigue.
